Title:Workflow Analysis to Support AI Tool Selection
Although AI tools are promoted as being both clinically and operationally beneficial, it can be difficult to identify the applications that will deliver a clear return on investment in the medium to long-term. This presentation explores various approaches to workflow analysis, incorporating both quantitative techniques, such as bottleneck analysis; and qualitative methods, including focus groups and process mapping. Attendees will discover ways of evaluating their own working environments, identifying high-impact use cases, and selecting AI suppliers that will ultimately align with their organizational needs and deliver meaningful benefits in the long term.
